thatPERSON Posted April 3, 2012 Share Posted April 3, 2012 i was wondering if i should use skill points right away on dual wield mastery or if i should hold off on that until i have the right amount of skill points in watchman. cant remember what watchman spec i was going for, though. Chessack Posted April 4, 2012 Share Posted April 4, 2012 I waited until the 40s to spec Dual Wield mastery and did not suffer at all for it. You can get it earlier if you want but I never seemed to need it. I did good damage and pwned everything in my PVE instances. For PVP, I absolutely cannot comment because I don't do PVP at all.
