DJEAGLE
Hi there im sure im not the only person to be having problems aquireing game time cards for star wars the old republic. im speaking for canadians espechialy in the barrie area I like many other people out there do not have a credit card and find the subscription with paypal a joke needing a credit card to varify payment, as i stated i like many others do not have a credit card card as there a waste of money. so we are left with getting time cards from local eb games walmart or in certain areas shoppers drug mart. I spent nearly 7 hours trying to obtain a time card, eb games south end barrie out of stock 3 weeks for new stock, eb games north end barie out of stock 2 weeks for new stock, wallmart south end barrie out of stock 1 week for new stock, walmart north end barrie 1 in stock 2 weeks for new stock, shoppers drug mart north south and welington place do not stock them. so my suggestions are these 1 - Make paypal accept standard bank accounts, yes it takes 3 to 5 days to clear but you dont have to activate the account till funds clear. many games use this and state that account will be updated when funds clear and saves people time and effort hunting for time cards. 2 - Top upable time cards, Kind of like a mobile phone each person gets a time card that is registerd for there account only, then take that card to places like eb games walmart shoppers and anywere else give them the card and top it up this saves shipping out many new time cards thus being enviromentaly friendly because the cases they come in is to be frank a joke why on earth does it come in a dvd case just to be put in the recycle bin. I personaly like the idea of option 2 with the topupable card registerd to person account tell me what you lot think DJEAGLE Edited March 28, 2012 by DJEAGLE Wrong title
Phireside
I was un aware they WASTED so much material with the GT cards, and why on earth would they not be rechargeable. Again lack of foresight on your part BioWare!! Plastic plastic plastic, don't worry we have plenty of resources to produce these for 100s of years.... /shrug

A huge game size case for a little card? That is ridiculous, and I hope they change it like every other company out there.
Ghostcomm
Option 2 seems very feasable and I don't know why that hasn't been done before.
Idunhavaname
Agree with option 2. I never understood why the card came in a giant freakin DVD case. I've seen game boxes in poorer condition than the time card. I was pleasantly surprised of course but it's such a waste of money.
