You can view all the guilds on the server, apply to them in-game and give them "praise". As a guild leader, you can view applications and accept them in-game. I think this would be a really, really good addition to SWTOR, and it would make finding and organising guilds a lot easier. I even kinda like the in-game application they have. I am not to sure about the praise for the guilds. I know Bioware has said that they are going to be adding more for guilds, I wouldnt hold my breath on seeing something like this in game anytime soon.
