Now i have no problem with reducing utility but being assault specialist (pyrotech) myself, if im in a voidstar with 1 healer 1 gunslinger and 5 sentinels i take the weight of guarding the healer upon myself. Without the chance of trigering high impact bolt (railshot) my damage goes down significantly - it was lower anyway due to ammo managment - i had to use the costly incindiery round to be able to use the high impact bolt. Again i have no problem with reducing utility i would not have a problem if they allowed taunts to be usible only in "tanking stance/cell" because right now in good voidstar i get 50-70k protection just from taunting (being non stop in dps mode). My question is WHY is my dps significantly reduced while guarding a healer (no chance to lower the cooldown on high impact bolt) and the friendly juggernaut also dps specced still will be able to do 7-8k crits while being able to guard a healer. keltoigael Posted March 22, 2012 Share Posted March 22, 2012 Anything that isn't a glowstick is getting ran into the ground. I am a pyrotech BH and I constantly stance dance to help my team out. They are basically giving us the shaft and telling us either you tank or you dps, yet Warriors can shield in damage spec and way out dps us and way out survive us. Don't even get me started on railshot 6 sec cd. Our burst damage just went right out the front door.
