You will not get anything simply for getting to max affection (a "Torian loves me" title, for example), but it does mean that your Crew Skill missions and crafting with Torian will be slightly more effective and quicker. If you are still leveling, you may also find that there are some elements of the Torian interactions that you have not triggered yet - for some of them you have to have advanced to certain points in the story in order for them to occur... don't worry, they will come.
