ItGetsAllOver Posted March 21, 2012 Share Posted March 21, 2012 Do Shield Vents, Prototype Cylinder Ventilation, and Gyroscopic Alignment Jets work independently or do they share the six second ICD? I was just wondering if you could theoretically use all three talents, even though Shield Vents would be less than effective, or if the ICD is shared between the three talents.
