Kolto Shell, no longer worth casting mid-fight after 1.2.

Trauma Probe/Kolto Shell

2 Ammo and 16 Heat. (it was 0 before.)

Increase the Base Heal Amount by 150. (So it Rivals a regular heal.)

Add a Cooldown of 5-9 Seconds. (So you can't spam it, its a heal.)

Allow us to use it on more then 1 Person. (Like Sorc's Shield/Smuggler's HOT.)

 

This way Smugglers/Ops will be HOT.

Commandos/Mercs will be Reactive.

Sages/Sorcs will be Warding.

 

Right now because its such a weak heal/so much ammo, its NOT worth casting at all.

 

You may have to make its timer from 5 minutes to like 30 seconds as well, just like Sorcs/Smugglers Hot/Shield, although you would have to take away the time it takes to proc it, it should proc on every damage you recieve.

I don't know what to make of this post. Are you suggesting some of these changes? Are you saying you can't spam a heal? Because you can.

 

I agree. I thought this post might be interesting, but the OP doesn't appear to be able to communicate clearly.
