Jachen Posted March 15, 2012 Share Posted March 15, 2012 (edited) Of all the builds i,ve tried my favourite is a Carolina Parakeet type build using the 4 piece eliminator set bonus. The inability to get that extra point in focused impact for the final 20% armour mitigation has always annoyed me . When i tried swapping out 1 point in ionic accelerator for 1 in focused impact , the difference in hib procs just seemed really noticeable so i changed back. I just wondered if anyone has done the math to work out what difference the 20% armour penetration (70% armour ignored against 90% armour ignored) makes to a hib hit on an average light . medium and heavy armoured target.
