So I was wondering, would it be cool to see some of those elements in the Legacy-era of star wars eu? For example, since the rakata still live in the unknown regions (see Rakatan Archipelago), would anyone object to them coming back in the era after FotJ? Luke was a sniveling whiner who put the Rebellion at risk for personal reasons. But in SW/SWtOR terms, he'd be made an uber-elite 80+ charachter. Why bother?
