Stacks up to 3 times. This effect cannot occur more than once every 1.5 seconds." Does this ability effected by damage of the melee ability you use to activicate it ? verfallen Posted March 8, 2012 Share Posted March 8, 2012 Simply put : lightstick hit = bleeding target. Doesn't have to be a rage spender. I normally use force charge's build to activate deadly saber, then battering assault applies my first stack. Assault (basic attack) would apply it as well.
