GnatB Posted March 6, 2012 Share Posted March 6, 2012 Since it's missing any sort of RE prefix it's almost certainly either bought somewhere as-is, or dropped somewhere. Or is no longer available. (My understanding is they stripped out a LOT of stuff towards the end of beta that are still listed on the datamining sites like torhead, so this could be one of those things.)
