Valor Rank can not be higher than player level?

I do not understand why BW will fix the max valour rank to the toon's current level? The top end pvp gear at the moment is only available to lvl 50's so getting a high valour level early on will not give any gear advantages at all.

 

I was looking forward to gettting WH title b4 lvl 50 :'(

There was no way you'd have done it, even without the cap. You'd hit 50 prior to it.

I have been pretty much been pvping and doing class content. With the current valour bumps which can get you over 2k for every wz and the crappy exp gain, I thought I was in with a chance!

 

But now my dreamz is crushed

I believe the way to get it is to go to llum and join at lv 15 an ops grp and get valor that way...not sure if it would work but I am sure someone has tried it.
