Im not hitting like i used to and I it is obvious to me. Its only in PvP and its on players 10 lvls lower than me. Anyone else notice this. Draconal Posted March 5, 2012 Share Posted March 5, 2012 Didn't they do something to surge rating in the last 2 weeks? I know people were stacking it and using it with abilities that chained together for guaranteed crits. I believed they changed the cap on Surge rating so maybe that is it.
