I have noticed after the last 2 patches that this debuff doesnt show up on the "enemy"(more specifically after the patch that doesnt allow pacify etc to work on bosses) anymore . It used to show but now doesnt....... Precision slash does not apply a debuff to the enemy, but instead applies a buff to the sentinel.
