clearification of accuracy for mara

I know that I am supposed to hit 108% accuracy above anything else, but what I dont know is that if I'm supposed to hit 108 accuracy as force or melee.

 

half of my skills seem to be melee and am I supposed to hit 108% accuracy as force or melee?

 

if its force, wouldnt it lower my dps by missing?

melee special attack accuracy is 10% higher than melee basic attack accuracy

 

basic is the one listed in your melee section of your character screen (hover over it and it will list basic and special)

 

you need 108% force/melee special attack

 

which is 98% melee basic attack

"Force" and "melee" have nothing to do with "basic" and "special".

 

You have one basic attack: Assault.

 

All other attacks are special attacks, for the purpose of your base accuracy.
