LF: Heal spec lvl40

Hey guys,

 

I am only level 40 at the moment and thought I'd stop questing for awhile and let my valor rank catch up to my level (only 16 atm) so since I plan to do alot of warzones I was wondering if you could help me out. Already got the lvl40 pvpset.

 

Let me summarize what I am looking for:

 

Heals

 

1. To heal myself and my comrades during group clashes
   
2. To stay alive 1v1
   
3. To get the 2,5k medal - is 5k even possible at my level?
   
4. Able to get at least 150k heals
   

 

 

Damage

 

1. Preferbly get 2,5k medal if possible
   
2. Able to take down people 1v1 without spending a lifetime doing so
   
3. Get 75k damage medal - perhaps this is more of a gameplay thing, but any advice here would be welcome.
   

 

 

Please do keep in mind this is for lvl40 commando. What I am basicly looking for is a healer with capability to get the damage medals as well. Since I want the 2,5k medals, perhaps I should invest in some surge?

 

Most of my real life friends are not yet 50 (i already got a main at 50, but kinda stuffed him because i love trooper so much, anyways I dont want to rush 50 because of real life mates so thought valorfarming would be a good timesink).
