When you switch cylinders your rapid shots act as heals, if sweeping blasters is using your blasters then why doesn't sweeping blasters do the same thing, but just AoE? And then we could Tracer Missile spam our allies! And when we're in a bind, we can use Death from Above as an emergency heal! Different abilities are different.
