MuzzDawg Posted February 22, 2012 Share Posted February 22, 2012 There was some way we could see eps. 4, 5 and 6 from a more elegant perspective. Now, don't get me wrong. I'm 27 now and been an avid Star Wars fan since as far back as I could remember but have not actually sat down and watched the original episodes for quite some time. Until this week! i re-watched all three on Monday after purchasing the Blu-Ray set and although they are what they are (original casts and scenes etc) I'm just slightly let down by the 'elegance' of Jedi and Sith combat. Maybe I've been spoiled with too much modern CG etc but surely scenes such as the ROTJ Luke vs Vader scene could be so epic compared to the barbaric and aimless swinging of the lightsabers. I guess all I can do is fantasise about how much more agile and elegant Vader can be. And I know modern reconstructions of the films would never happen but I guess it would just be nice to see what could be done to improve certain scenarios in 4, 5 and 6!
