Ohnoto Posted February 21, 2012 Share Posted February 21, 2012 (edited) Commendations, aka Badges, Tokens, etc. have been used by many many other MMOs. Bioware did not create or first use them. It is a way to allow players to obtain gear if they are losing out on rolls or due to RNG, pieces are not dropping for them.
