I'm curious about something In a video on youtube, someone was awarded the Republic Mark of Victory before getting promoted to Captain. RevansSoul Posted March 10, 2013 Share Posted March 10, 2013 I know that even if you follow all of Garza's orders and never reveal the mission, you still don't get it if you save Fuse.
