The_Beastwood Posted February 18, 2012 Share Posted February 18, 2012 (edited) Avoid Combat tech like the plague. Nothing beats +15% crit rate on RS. You might want to get it though and rip the enchanments out. For PVE the combat tech might just be better Oh for the implants anything that gives + surge and crit is good.
