One spec that kind of interested me was http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#300rfRMRzfdzqZMcoZb.1 What do you guys think? If I were to go a full pvp spec I might get rid of kolto residue and put it into powered insulators or something.. but do you guys think powered insulators is needed for pvp? and do you think kolto residue is needed for both? And I'm not too certain about Critical reaction.. Maybe I should get rid of it and put the two points into powered insulators.. But that doesn't benefit pve only pvp.. while critical reaction may benefit both..
