Meh, that's not the guild for me. I'd be fine with my guildees also being in other guilds on alts as long as they show up when they say they will. As the previous poster stated, only one character per guild which is typically how it goes in MMOs. Personally, I've never cared if our members have alts in other guilds. We have just one rule regarding that: Do not use/take advantage of this guild to benefit other guilds. It would probably depend on the type of guild you're looking for. While I do not poll every "casual" guild out there, it's been my experience that the ones who tout themselves as casual are more accepting of alts in other guilds.
