Question on Bleed Effects

Hey,

 

Couple quick questions in case anyone has tested this (not a QQ or L2P thread, just haven't gotten a chance to check these out in game):

 

1) If you pop hemo on someone who is already dot'd, does it improve the damage on new ticks or do you have to re-apply?

 

2) If you pop an adrenal or relic, do the effects take place immediately on active dots or do you need to re-apply? Do the improved effects last past the timer on the adrenal/relic?

 

3) Does flourish help at all with internal damage? Is it worth using as a dirty fighter?
