And its less squishy than Immortal. All specs of jugg are viable, just have different roles: Immortal: guard teammates, taunt, stunlock (charge+backhand+choke) Vengeance: pick a target, kill it, go to next one Rage: stay unnoticed within your pack and lolsmash Anyway if you are fresh 50, you will feel underperforming because of gear with any class, jugg is fine Edit: whatever spec you play, dont pretend you are a Mortal Strike warrior trying to solo like a hero. MPagano Posted February 13, 2012 Share Posted February 13, 2012 If you want to tank, take the tank gear. People are saying that because a majority of attacks aren't able to be shielded or parried. This has caused outcry in a number of players who think they should be able to mitigate 80% of all incoming player damage. This is not the case, nor should it be. You can still shield and defend some attacks. You also have a lot of endurance and some damage reduction. You still outlive any other class during a direct assault. Many of us do very well (100k+ protection per match) using tanking gear/talents. Use guard (hotkey it and change guard constantly), intercede, and taunts constantly. You should always taunt on CD. Your taunts have a long range. Intercede+guard+taunt= 72% damage reduction for your ally. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
