Apocalypse- Posted February 12, 2012 Share Posted February 12, 2012 You can leap to someone else if they're in range/LOS of where your client shows you and where the server thinks you are. It used to be absolutely constant in beta, where you'd get it 1/5 jumps. They've fixed it in the past, just apparently they partially broke their fix.
