Poufiasse Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Hi guys, I would like to make a PvP video of my self , im using FRAPS ( a real version ) and running it at 60fps, once the original video is made , i need to edit it cause the size is way too big, i tryed to use Window Movie Maker 2.6 but the quality is HORRIBLE ! Turikan Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 Play the game windowed in 1280x720 resolution (If you're going for HD video) and record at 30fps. Trust me, the file sizes are going to be big but this way they will be much smaller plus the video will compress quicker and look better if it's recorded at the right aspect ratio (16:9). Sheyin Posted February 9, 2012 Share Posted February 9, 2012 I recommend VirtualDub along with xvid - open source / freeware, can be a bit daunting to use at first, but works fairly quickly for just joining fraps segments together + compressing them into a smaller avi file.
