KilllerRock Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 I'm level 50 watchman and i pvp right now wearing pretty much full champ with BM ear/implants and green shard matrix cube. I know some people are taking out there accuracy/power mods in the champ gear and replacing them with duplicate crit/surge mods from other pieces. But is there a cap to how much crit/surge you need? I feel like i have heard the number 80% tossed around a few times for surge. Anyway i was just curious as im trying to hit as hard as possible as a watchman sent what crit%, surge%, and amount of +power im aiming for that is even possible.
