Vaspyre Posted February 14, 2012 Share Posted February 14, 2012 I'm hybrid gunnery/assault. Mainly use ap but switch to plasma if I need to kite someone around. With my spec high impact has 30% armor pen in assault and every attack has 35% from ap. Plus high impact is basically free with ap. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

No. Only "defense chance" is mitigated, it does NOT translate into bonus ArP, that was done away with in release, but it was in beta for a long time thats why people are making the mistake of thinking its in-game. Look at the tooltip. Its literal. Basically, Accuracy isn't that important unfortunately. And without meters we're not sure what the hard cap on it is... guesstimations have it about 105% tho, a solid place to try not to go over, tho most people recommend just 100..
