Yazule Posted February 8, 2012 Share Posted February 8, 2012 Crit till 30%, then Surge till 90%, then stack as much power as you can. there are 238493534 threads on this topic, i garuntee one or two on the first two pages... but... i go for 35% crit and 85% surge before stacking power crit = venting for arsenal venting = damage has nothing to do with the size of the hit, it is the extra hits venting on crits gives me.
