JoxerNL Posted February 11, 2012 Share Posted February 11, 2012 (edited) It needs AOE damage and should be +30% chance to crit on a burning target. check the thread on vanguard forum, it IS supposed to hit multiple targets, apperantly its bugged. Sagaboy Posted February 11, 2012 Share Posted February 11, 2012 been looking into a hybrid assault/gunnery build (16 gunnery 25 assault) because plastique is so disappointing. I leveled and PvP'ed with a similar hybrid spec changing b/t grav round debuff and burnout. Eventually you come to the realization that you need another burst attack in your chain.
