slicjedi Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 Question i was thinking about making an engineering/lethality build, do Lethality's Lethal Dose give Interrogation Probe +12% crit? if so would a lethal/engineering build be better than full lethality(with weakening blast) for Endgame Raiding dmg? Pinworm Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 Yes, it does effect it. IMO, 2/16/23 is the best spec for both PVE and PVP. However, full lethality MIGHT be better for PVE.. I think weakening blast might, all things being equal, contribute more damage in a stand-still fight, theorycrafted fight Regardless, I find 2/16/23 way more effective in PVP, and It "feels" better in pve (hard to tell without damage meters), both in terms of damage, and energy use with clusterbombs.
