Bumpi
So im not ingame yet (hopefully soon tho ) Ive decided to play trooper - commando as i really enjoyed the few hours i got to try it in beta. So my question is about what build to choose once i get to play. Im going for damage and not really in to healing as i consider myself bad at it and alot of others do it mutch better then me. So any suggestions on what build i should aim at? oh the build im looking for is a lvling / some pvp build (most likely going full pvp at 50) would really appriciate the help as atm im getting really confused about the diffrent "talents" (if i choose *this* talent should i mainly use *that* cell etc etc) Thanks in advance and happy gaming Edited December 15, 2011 by Bumpi

I am going to use Armor Piercing cells )
Bumpi
starting off with thanks for the build Noticed that you dident pick up Target lock(increase ranged and tech accuracy by 3%) in assult specialist or weapon specialist (increase alacrity by 4%), how important are those "stats" ? in other words what exactly do they effect? Well i did not get weapon specialist, because alacrity reduces cast time, and that 4% does not help, so these 2 points i rather convert into something for my dmg. And probably i will go with Target Lock, but i want to first try this build i did because i think that 3 % in accuracy would really not help me at all
MeanMartian
The Bounty Hunter is a more popular Empire mirror class to the Trooper. http://www.swtor.com/community/showthread.php?t=544 This thread should answer most of your questions so long as you can figure out which of the Bounty Hunter abilities are equivalent to the Commando abilities. The talent specs are mirrored exactly and this one http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#300McZRIkrRMdozfzZf.1 seems to be quite popular with a fairly simple rotation. Bumpi
7% heal is nice but i dont really know what i should take the points out from. maybe skip charged barrier and take kobolt recharge and 1 point in advanced tech? or maybe only take 2 points in target lock and pick up kobolt recharge? hmm maybe just skip target lock all together and go kobolt and full advanced tech.. Gah decisions
