ITango
If you are a sentinel in the combat tree and you enjoy stunning with master strike, DO NOT TAKE the Debilitation talent. Taking the debilitation talent removes the stun effect on weak mobs. Try it out

AeetesSixFive
Its a root, and it's probably working but PvP has the Resolve bar. If that's full it's not gonna root em.

My point still stands, putting points into Debilitation for the root effect SHOULD NOT remove the stun effect on weak/standard mobs.

mavsynchroid
Yup, I second this. When the enemy was stunned, it wasn't moving so at that time it was both a stun and a root. Now it's just a root. I really hope this is a bug that they'll fix, and not just a trade off, because if it is, it doesn't make any sense.
RamzaBehoulve
If you miss or are dodged the first hit on MS, it won't stun the mob, nor root the target in PvP. Never experienced the problem with Debilitation when I was Combat spec, must be recent. Edited January 31, 2012 by RamzaBehoulve
