I would guess the heatmanagement is Ok if you proc a lot of free RS and RPs and that the damage is good based on the amounts of DoTs and procs. I would personally go with this version of the spec you are going for. http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#3010MZrsMrobcoZfhMbdh.1 I think this spec has potential for some solid dps and added utility, more for pvp though because of the reduced cd on grapple and quell and electro dart. The only downside is you have to skip the heat venting talents in the advanced prototype and pyro so you might have more heat issues with this.
