Greetings, I have thought of this idea that SWTOR should inclued in the game so the players and guilds are more involed in the war and to create a community in the old republic. To get the guild base, first you will need to complete something I like to call 'The Guild Quest!' You will only get this quest when you are in a group, however, since their are many players in a guild, only eight of the guilds best players will go on a epic quest to get a guild base for their guild, also to make it fair, other players in the guild will also revive rewards. This quest reqires level 45-50's ONLY, So please comment on this idea and we'll try our hardest for Bioware to add this into the game! Thanks! Would the system be making the selection? What would the system be registering? Just logging in and doing game content doesn't always make for a 'best' player. For me it's the people who do the most for their fellow members, be it crafting, helping them with quests, helping to recruit or even just keeping guildchat lively and friendly. I dont know, its just a suggestion that I thought of, and obviously changes can be made for whatever reason, and it's up to the guild to choose the players, however, what makes a great player is how they use their skills to stay alive and try and do what other players can't, However I cant speak for other people, thats my opinion. Listerman Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 Wow. Why ever visit the spaceport again if you could just take a jaunt to the Guild Base. I love the idea of the Guild Base. City of Heroes/Villains had this element, even if it only served really as an RP hub. My only real suggestion to it would be a "notice board" object where you could leave messages for your guild mates, sort of implementing a light forum mechanic without having to organize a forum for your guild yourself. Akalayus Posted January 26, 2012 Share Posted January 26, 2012 I'm all in favor of a guild halls and honestly, the idea of having to raid for one is pretty interesting. Granted, I know most people would probably complain about it, but it's new and different than just being a credit sink. My one major suggestion is that the guild hall/area can be decorated.
