I mean yeah a quick fix is to spam esc while hitting the keybind, but you then lose time on targets in PvE and PvP. More annoying in PvP though, anyone else? I constantly have to deselect my target, hit the key and then use BioWare's broken tab-targeting system to get back on my prey. In that time I can lose 20% HP or more, along with valuable seconds in regards to damaging or cc'ing my opponent. Not to mention the fact that my Ravage/Force Choke constantly glitches.
