That build is terrible, you get shockwave only by using force choke, awful

So who else can rarely use Bloodthirst while targeting another player? I mean yeah a quick fix is to spam esc while hitting the keybind, but you then lose time on targets in PvE and PvP. More annoying in PvP though, anyone else?

So who else if bored of this in PvP? It's insane at how in clutch situations I'd like to pop Undying Rage, when I'm not on GCD, nor stunned, nor anything else and yet the game just doesn't allow me to use the ability after smashing the correct keybind. You can even see the game reacting to you pressing the ability, and yet it doesn't go off. Hurry and fix it
