I'd assume PVP since you picked up Pooled Hatred and Unyielding from Veng, but then you also picked up Ravager? I'd assume for the Force Choke interrupt? I don't really see any reason other than that to even be using Force Choke unless talented to remove the channel and I'm not sure how you would pull off Ravage if you planned on using it unless you opened with it after you charge since you opted for the extra immobilize. I'd stick those 2 points from Ravager into Payback if you HAD to put them in the Rage tree, otherwise I would have opted to get the bleed effects of Impale, it's nice you got Impale and Oblit, but one of the main draws of Impale is the bleed effect which stacks with Force Scream's bleed. Overall, not really liking it especially since I don't know what your goal is, it seems you want to be able to do it all DPS wise with Impale and Oblit but not be very good at any one thing. If you had maybe 5-6 more points to work with you could form an amazingly overpowered spec, but, without the core talents it needs, I feel as though it really falls flat relative to what it could be. O and why i picked Ravager is because i use Force Choke alot in PvP. And it synergize well with Shockwave. So less CD on Force Choke is really helpfull.
