IMO that's not worth it compared to any of the dps talents. Let's say you have 30,000 HP, that's ridiculously high but i'm using a large number to show how useless this talent is. so 3% of 30,000 = 900, so you have a total of 30,900 hp. The dot that my CGC puts on people ticks an average of about 900 damage, so that's an extra second you stay alive, if that... People can argue that the extra 900 hp can save your life!
