That's an awful spec, even for a hybrid. You're skipping over some of the best talents in the lower gunnery tree to take more healing done when you could ramp up your ammo return and give yourself a 10% damage shield. Treated wound dressing is never worth the 2 points. Why bother with grav rounds when you've got over-charge to make charged bolts cheaper if you're going to use that cell. APCell is your best bet, even if you're hybrid healing. In PvP, you can get away with using the support cell because of the kolto bomb shield as you can use it twice during the overcharge.

Is what I would do if I hybridized. You get more healing on yourself, access to grav rounds that are uninteruptable. 10% damage shield from charged barrier, ammo return on your main damage spam and trauma probes. You won't be as effective at either, but you'll be fairly irritating to deal with in warzones because of your utility. You can flip points from concussive force to deadly cannon but I prefer the extra knockback.

Tenacious Defence combines well with Concussive Force which is particularly useful in Hutt Ball but also on the ledges in the middle tower in Alderaan and the middle section with the bridges in voidstar.

 

Steadied Aim makes Grav Round and Charged Bolts usable while you're getting beat. If it's just one person beating on you, you can normally keep yourself alive with kolto bombs, trauma probe, and advanced medical probe leaving the rest of the time to use Grav Round to build up Charged Barrier.

 

The other spec I'm toying with is a full heal spec:

Compared to the previous spec, it has less utility, however Bacta Infusion can be a life saver for both you and others.

 

There's not much in it, if Bioware get round to fixing Full Auto so that it spreads the channel damage equally instead of backloading it, then it may be worth going higher up the Gunnery tree and dropping Combat Medic back to Kolto Bomb or even drop Kolto and take Demolition Round... Full Auto is a pain to use in PvP though, so easy to interupt or to lose los.
