Raltharos Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Since the damage is a full dot if you use ion pulse before it will tick your losing damage and also the slow will not work because the damage isnt ticking. The skill should be changed to something like incindinary rounds were it does a little damage on impact and then the rest as a dot so the re-applys add damage not cost you damage Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
