Dramek Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Ion Cell gives shield gen a 20% chance to proc if I'm not mistaken. So if your going to run Ion Cell you should get a shield gen, otherwise you'll have 0% chance to proc cause you don't have one equipped. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
settix Posted January 21, 2012 Share Posted January 21, 2012 Quite a few very in depth posts on the forums here and in the Bh forums that explain why shields and defense are both useless in pvp. Which is why many of the top pvp vanguards are not running Ion unless it's for guard.
