However, eventually they get bugged and don't respawn until maintenance. So on Tuesdays post-maintenance you'll see four, around Thursday only 3, by the weekend 2 or 1 or less until maintenance. It was kind of sad though considering I was 1 of only 2 people on the whole planet. I was able to just walk into the PVP area get the chests walk out uncontested, I think it would have been fun to fight someone over the chests. But, I was there all evening and did not see a single one. Has anyone else noticed this? The chests are there. Your timing has simply been unlucky.
