I received help for gear back in the last expansion. I've also called Customer Support before a couple years ago and they were very helpful. To their credit, BW got that side of things right.

I remember you my man. We've gone head to head in PvP and I know you've been in the game mix for a long time. You understand as much as anyone the problems with this game. I just have no patience for it anymore. I don't blame Musco and the community communication side so much. I think they're just running on a skeleton crew, have deadlines to meet, and can't get the fixes out in time. This has been the case for pretty much the past 5 years or so. I'm just done putting up with it. There are other, frankly much better, games to play, and I don't have much available game time anymore. I truly do wish the rest of you the best though. Always loved the SWTOR community. Sorry for the double post, but I'm responding from my phone and this website is as mobile-unfriendly as it gets. lol

My brother...I really like your attitude. It fires me up. But I don't have the time to wait. You make a strong case. However, I'm just going to let my sub expire. I was subbed to this game for 6+ years from launch. I'm still seeing the same stupidity and poor implementation after all this time. I will check out the next patch. If it really makes a difference for my play style, I'll give it a whirl. If not, I'm done.

Exactly. Sorry Keith...you made great strides for PvP in previous updates, but this expansion has been an ishshow. Nothing but T1 garbage drops in PvP no matter your Item Gear Rating AND crafting is broken. Came back for a few days and I'm already unsubbed. One other thing. Musco, I met you bro, at the Anaheim Star Wars festival, or whatever it's called. You're a good dude and sharp to boot. Why in the world are you still working for BW? lol. I mean, you're a talented and good guy. There have to be hundreds of gaming publishers and titles looking for quality candidates like yourself. Make the move bro. This game is ish.

I can't play the way I want. It's that simple. I resubbed last week. Already cancelled my sub. Game is total and complete garbage as far as I'm concerned. The story lasted like two days and was meh beyond belief. I could write a more interesting story on toilet paper while on the commode. I did get some okay gear drops from the story, but now the story's over so... All I do, all I've ever really done, is PvP and craft in between PvP pops. The gear drops in PvP are beyond terrible and are clearly bugged. Still dropping T1 green trash when I've already got some gold and purple items. In a game with gear progression, where gear matters at endgame, I'm done with that. Sorry, but I have zero interest, actually less than zero, in running 100 Hammer Station FPs to get my gear. I mean, I ran Hammer Station the first time something like 7+ years ago. Why in the world would I want to run it now? Please tell me. God bless the PvEers who will grind anything and everything monotonous until there's no water left in the rock...the only ones keeping this game alive. There is also no crafting alternative which did exist in the past. Like I said, I used to craft in between PvP pops. I could use crafting to give Alts a cushion of sorts. Now I have no idea what I need to craft, how to get materials, how to get schematics, or even what's available for me to craft. That segment of the game has been turned into a complete disaster, and unnecessarily so. Even the proposed changes coming in what...a month?...don't look like they will help much. Wanted to come back to the game. Wanted to love this game from the start...but you guys kept, and keep, blowing it at every turn. Good luck

Great move, but frankly, too late. I resubbed three days ago, already unsubbed. Game is worse than ever. You say Crafting is not where you want it to be? Where is it now? I don't think anyone has any idea. lulz I used to really enjoy crafting between WZ or Arena pops. Now I just said eff it and gave up. I'm in total limbo with no idea of how to earn schematics or anything else. Sorry, December is far too long to wait for a significant change. I'm already gone. Best of luck to you. My brother...I'm glad you enjoy the game, I really am. But don't give BW one cent more than you have to. They have miscalculated and mismanaged this game horribly for almost a decade. We PvPers tried to warn them, but they didn't listen. Instead, they've taken huge dumps on PvP at every turn. This most recent oversight is only par for the course. Believe it or not, but after release of the Makeb expansion, you were better off PvPing naked than by wearinggear. Yes, it's been that bad. Take care my bro...and 'don"t be so srs'

Ran Yolo for three days...got complete garbage for gear. Ran two Flashpoints and I almost insta-loaded up with 270+ gear. It's stupid. Why did I come back to this trash game? lol BW is stuck in the PvE mantra of 10+ years ago. The biggest and most lucrative games in the world are PvP games. The PvP community told you to get your act together. You didn't listen. Still squatting steaming piles on your PvP player base. Sub cancelled... again. Die your slow death.

Sorry dude...I ran Ranked PvP for three days and got ish for gear. Ran two flashpoints and suddenly I was loaded. lol Tanking stats in PvP have been near useless for most of this game's history. So the majority of PvP Tanks mostly skanked. However, we are pretty adept at using our cooldowns. But don't hate the player, hate the game. We would all prefer to gear the way we want, but unfortunately, BW has no clue what they're doing. So many of us PVPers are being forced into PvE. My apologies ahead of time. Don't worry, I'll be gone after my month's sub cancels.

Ability bloat is a legit problem of this game, and the new abilities, while welcome, only add to the problem. I use a keyboard and Naga mouse and STILL am out of keybinds. lol BW is clueless.

Thank god my go to PvP game is Fortnite. No bugs, no crashes, everything works as intended...even after a brand new map, and essentially, new makeover. I return to SWTOR and I've crashed twice, couldn't gear in Ranked PvP...heck, I could barely get a Ranked PvP pop on SS, and on top of that, crafting is now trash too. I run two FPs and already have better gear than I could acquire running three days of PvP. BW get your ish together. It's pathetic really. Not gonna PvE to gear up in this game. Was subbed to this game, and enjoyed the PvP for six years. Finally cancelled my sub due to lack of content and boredom, and surprisingly was blissfully happy. Resubbed to this game because FINALLY there was some new content, and it's the same garbage with a different xpac name. Consider me cancelled again. Freaking pathetic. Just look at the gaming landscape. The biggest games in the world are PvP games. And they're not just bigger in player base, they smoke you in revenue 100x over. We PvPers told you for years. When will you learn? You're either two cans short of a six pack at BW, or stupid in the head at EA. Ish on the PVPers and you ish on yourself. Get a clue. Freaking stupid.

Everytime I log into this game, guild leadership has passed to someone else. It's freaking annoying. Yo BW...Quit giving my guild away! Been paying a sub for 7 years. If I don't want to log in because your game is garbage, then that's my choice. Stop passing my guild leadership to other peeps who aren't playing either. Seriously...I try to log into this game once a month...I don't know, just because. Stretch the window that the torch passes to 60-90 days or something. It's ridiculous that I have to deal with this at all when I bought the guild myself. One more thing...what's the plan for this game? Where's the roadmap? If there is no expansion coming in the next month or so, I'll just pull the plug and unsub. Why am I wasting money on this trash game?

Frankly, all those things you listed are par for the course when paying a premium price for a game subscription ($15/month). There should certainly be more content offered than that, even if it is in the form of a paid expansion which I'm sure the majority of people playing SWTOR would be down to pay for. Game is in full maintenance mode. No new expansion for over a year? There is certainly need for concern. Although this game is going on seven years. I'm personally surprised it's lasted this long.

BW had to create Infinite Season 9 in order to match the Infinite Empire to keep the theme with the last expansion. I'm sure there will be class balancing throughout the year and it will all be terrible. Be careful what you wish for. Cross-Faction WZs are a great idea and were long overdue. BW needs to keep those changes coming, make all WZs cross-faction and make the Yolo queue cross-faction as well. I like the new Yavin WZ. It is a definite improvement over the previous Civil War map which is my least favorite WZ in the game. SWTOR PvP is nothing now but Mat and Rating farming. That's not going to change in the forseeable future even if BW makes classes changes and adds multiple maps. If that's not good enough for your $15/month, then I don't blame you for bailing.

Game is going on seven years of age. I'm surprised it's lasted this long. Now BW is switching to full maintenance mode, we aren't even getting an expansion for 6.0. I don't blame people at all if they want to bail. PvP is pretty boring right now. Just mat and rating farming.

Players only skank because it's the smart thing to do given BW's poor game design. Defensive stats in PvP are largely trash. This would actually be pretty easy to fix. Make a tank stat requirement to use Guard. Guard is really the thing that puts Skanks over the top. Without it, there isn't much to skanking. Right now Defense is the stat most players shed to skank. Make a Defense requirement for Guard and you change skank tanks completely. Of course, then people would simply adjust their skank builds to incorporate the new stat requirement, but it would be something. heh Personally, I have nothing against Skank tanking, but if they really want to do something about it, that's the simplest way.

This would help a ton. Also eliminate Heal - Tank combos in Yolo matchmaking. Leave those for GRanked and Regz. Would be great to see a competitive ladder of sorts. Not just a leaderboard, but a ladder. Right now the best in Yolo and GRanked are just rating farmers. To be the best, you should have to beat the best. Would be cool to see a ladder or league of teams that play each other. Could work for GRanked. Yolo would probably be too hard to automate.

If someone pays that much, it's worth that much.

There was actually nothing wrong with the game itself, just the proliferation of hacking on the PC platform killed the community in a matter of months. If I were to try BF2, I would definitely go Console.

Follow your Ping. Although I'm pretty sure Harb is currently the only server where Yolo pops around the clock. The dude mentioned isn't the only troll throwing matches on Harb. I've seen three others with no guild tag /stuck matches as well as soon as combat starts. It's a shame that BW continues to permit such behavior, but if you can avoid those trolls, there are good fights to be had which is likely to happen were the population to increase.
