What does "proc" Plasma Cells?

As Title, pls help me to fix / complete my check list i'm working on my AS spec and pretty confused.

 

 

Hammer Shot: y, just the first hit btw i guess

 

Full Auto: y, just the first hit btw i guess

 

Charged Bolts: y

 

Hail of Bolts: y, any target hitted by HoB has a 10% (16% AS spec) to be affected

 

Mortar Volley: dunno, prolly works as HoB, but i've never seen procs

 

High impact Bolt: y, 100% chance with AS spec.

 

Plasma Grenade: y, just the starting direct damage i guess.

 

Stockstrike: dunno

 

Explosive Round: y

 

Incediary Round: dunno

 

Pulse Cannon: dunno

 

Sticky Grenade: dunno

 

Assault Plastique: dunno

I think that a few of your points need clarification. Still, thank you for the post.

 

HiB doesn't 100% proc Plasma - only a target that is already burning. Moreover, I think that it means, "Only a target burning from the Plasma Cell debuff". Although I haven't explicitly tested it, I don't think that hitting a target burning from the Incendiary Round debuff with HiB applies the Plasma Cell debuff at a 100% rate - although I would love to hear otherwise.

 

Will Explosive Round apply the debuff only to the primary target, or does it have a chance to apply the debuff to and target damaged by the ability (anything that receives splash damage)?

Anything that is a 'weapon damage' ability. Kinetic and Elemental do not proc it. Edited January 19, 2012 by LordKivlov
