My crit currently sits at 26% and surge 75%, and I'm watchman specced, any ideas which is better? (for pve) You make both, one in each slot. Start with the power one. Expecially with your crit/surge being on those lv's you would have more of a difference with about a 100 more dmg on regular hits, scaling up to about 300-500 on high dmg skills from the extra power.
