If there is an overpriced AIM/END mod, I usually have to buy it because there isnt a choice haha... Cybertech here, sounds like you're finding mostly Str/End because people might be buying up the Aim/End ones when they find them. Check who's selling mods, poke them, see about getting some Aim/End instead. Most crafters are usually happy to get the extra direct sales. Play enough PVP Warzones and you should get enough commendations to buy some nice ones. And the ones I've bought are better than what most of my similair level friends can make to begin with.
