I guess you miss the patch where the only thing they did was * Removed time zone tabs from realm list for U.S., all servers now appear in one list. http://www.wowwiki.com/Patch_1.1.2 December 6th. two weeks after launch Baby names was one of several things Bioware managed to do. Time zone tab removal actually patched something IN THE GAME no matter how small a thing it was, whereas EAware adding baby names did not patch anything in the game. So your example failed.
