Falling into the pit while flagged should delete the character. This would fit the lore (you aren't getting out) and would add a high stakes PvP contest for "serious" PvPers. There are plenty of other games, mostly single player, where hardcore mode means death is permanent. If a PvPer wants to take it to the next level, to be truly hardcore, shouldn't they have a high stakes option like this? You aren't forced to play near the mouth if you don't want to, but the prestige of controlling it for an extend period is worth plenty to the right people. Most classes have a knockback of some sort. I'd suggest also adding in moving mouth tendrils that try and grab players if they stay still too long or don't watch their step. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
